Move To Improve Gymnastics


What do you notice about the technique-They all ways land straight but bend their legs a little bit on impact and alot of the filps they were straight.

What is common and repeated throughout the variety of aparatuses filping swing hand stands and bent knee on landing also arms in the air.

Pause video at any point and describe gymnasts posture what her legs are doing arms head knees hips Explain what you think she is trying to achieve---She is trying to win a gold metal by landing the trick she bends her knees pushes her hips up puts her arms in the air and her head up to land saftyly without hurting themselves.


Watch near misses pause and rewind video to workout how gymnast recovers explain what they do--- The gymast were saving them selves by swaying their arms in the opposite direction of where they were falling towards to regain balance.The gymnist are also throwing their legs  in the opposite direction of where they are falling.

    These are some great answers and I really like your title - it caught my eye as I was scrolling the twitterfeed. Do you do gymnastics at all?
